I was excited for this smart phone. I read most of the reviews some good some bad on the internet related to Nokia N900.
But here is my take on Nokia N900.
This gadget is a master piece in terms of design, yes it is powerful phone, or I should say powerful mini computer.
With 1 GB Application memory and 32 GB Storage memory this is a compact power house. I love the Camera and the best part is Maemo OS. You have complete control over the Desktop (4 of them) with Widgets.
The highlight of this device is the Internet Browsing, fast and smooth, thanks to Mozilla browser.
Nokia N900 is value for money and I loved it.
So if you are techie enough and want to explore more with mobile, here is the mobile you should be looking for NOKIA N900.
There are lot of smartphones in market each havin its own capability. But for me Nokia N900 is not just a phone. It is like a mini computer in hand with lot of capabilities. I am writing this blog on my Nokia N900, so if you are tech savvy and want to explore the capability of your phone than you should have this phone.
I am a windows user and i never thought that Linux would have been so interesting.
Nokia n900 specifications are available at nokia site. I will tell u the features i had been using the most.
In built support to gtalk and skype makes IM easy.
You can share update anything on the networking sites (facebook, twitter etc)
Multimedia applications are good.
5 MP camera is good enough to handle photos and videos.
Wi Fi connectivity is awesome.
Internet Browsing is the highlight of this phone.

The best part is multiple desktop which are comletely customizable with widgets, shortcuts and bookmarks.

Recently I was working on a WCF web service which needs SSL implementation using basicHttpBinding, so that the service remains inter-operable and cater to native clients. Everything was going well, I was able to host my web service over HTTPS (I will detail out the configuration for the same in section below). But when I deployed on Server, following errors were received when proxy is generated: " Metadata contains a reference that cannot be resolved: " " The WSDL document contains links that could not be resolved." Yellow Background issue in Word to PDF conversion

For those who are use to save Word file as PDF might have faced the issue of Yellow background in PDF file post saving (see screenshot)  Below are the simple steps to resolve this issue. You can set a background color for a Word document, but it is only visible in  Web Layout . The background will appear white in  Print Layout . Use the  View  tab's  Document Views  group,  Web Layout  command to see it one has been set. If it has, it can be removed from the  Page Layout  tab's  Page Background ,  Page Color  options. Normally, the colored page background would not print. However, there is a Word Option to  Print background colors and images . Click the  Office button, Word options, Display  and look in the bottom section,  Printing Options  for  Print background colors and images  and unchecked it. Hope this help.
